Republican presidential rivals Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis hold competing events in the early nominating state of Iowa on Saturday.

DeSantis had long planned to attend the Iowa State Fair on Saturday, a political must for aspiring presidential candidates in the state that kicks off the Republican nominating contest in January.
迪尚特早就安排好要參加週六的愛荷華州博覽會；對希望角逐總統的參選人來說，這是在1月啟動共和黨提名戰的愛荷華州必要的政治活動。
Trump’s late announcement on Tuesday that he was also going to attend the event on the same day as DeSantis amounted to a political gate-crashing of DeSantis’ appearance.
