The 2018 edition of the record-beater bible coming out Thursday will pay tribute to four Gothamites for creating the world’s widest wig; the most lit candles on a cake; the largest butter sculpture, and most expensive sandwich.

Randy Carfagno, 62, was the mastermind behind the massive 7-foot-4-inch wide wig worn by actress Drew Barrymore on the set of Jimmy Fallon’s “The Tonight Show” on Jan. 27. “Jimmy wanted to beat a record, so he went through and picked one of the weirdest things he could find,” said Carfagno, who runs a prop shop in Midtown.

The most expensive sandwich — a $214 grilled cheese — can be savored at Lenox Hill’s Serendity 3. Its made with 23-carat edible gold flakes, a rare Italian caciocavallo cheese and slathered with white truffle butter.

The largest butter sculpture of the Paris skyline weighed in at 2,370 pounds, and was made by Manhattan’s Lactalis American Group. Queens resident Ashrita Furman, who also holds the most Guinness World Records, lit 72,585 candles on a cake spanning 52-by-17 feet.
